Team Training Drills

Below is some "Station" work we did with the Sheboygan Red Raiders Hockey team for the Summer 2012 Camp.  We mimicked their on-ice shift times, 45 secs on and then two shifts off (90 secs).  The team was divided up into three groups, with one person on and two off.  After they all went through the interval, everyone rotated to the next station.   Balance work, battling ropes, plyo boxes, Rip Trainer, TRX, sandbags, etc.
