Callie Helminger, CPT, is a native of Random Lake Wisconsin. She attended UW-Stout and Mesa University (CMU) in Colorado.  She currently is at Apex, plans on continuing her studies with a Master's in exercise physiology, and works for the Random Lake School District where she also oversees their fitness facility. 

Callie has spent her lifetime participating in an array of sports from soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball, and rugby, and is now pursuing the new sport of powerlifting/competitive lifting. While in high school Callie was a varsity athlete all four years and was regularly recognized for her athletic ability. She captained her softball, volleyball, and basketball teams, and was awarded multiple conference awards. 
    

Callie completed her certification as a Personal Trainer in Sept of 2018 (NASM-CPT) and plans to build off that by also becoming a certified strength and conditioning coach through NASM and NSCA. 

She is actively seeking athletic-minded companies to partner with as a brand ambassador.
