Through my work with regional student-athletes, I have come across those that do not have the means to purchase and train in quality technical, wicking clothing. The economy and living in an already economically challenged area has many kids in need of proper athletic clothing.
As Wisconsin has six months of winter, training outside can be challenging, if not dangerous, if you do not have proper clothing.
Technical Clothing for All is a program Dr. Boll has developed that will allow you to donate your lightly used technical clothing and lightly used running/training shoes. All received items will be laundered and stored at Apex Athletic Performance.
Through marketing of the program and through contact with regional coaches and Athletic Directors, referrals for the program can be made by Coaches or AD's that know of families that could benefit from the program. The program will be discreet, to alleviate any concerns you or your student-athlete may have with requiring and wearing donated clothing.
To get started, and to create a budget for storage containers, laundering and marketing, a GoFundMe page has been started. You can donate by going to this site:

Donations of new, clear storage containers with covers are also accepted.
Donations can be made either in person at Apex Athletic Performance or by sending your items to:
Apex Athletic Performance
C/O Dr. David Boll
251 Highland St
Adell, WI 53001
A receipt can be emailed to you if you include the pertinent information with your donation.
Please only donate lightly used clothing that are free from tears, stains or heavy wear use. Shoes donated should also be in wearable condition.
Email us for additional information.
So, if you or your student-athlete have recently changed size, or have technical wicking clothing that you are no longer in need of, please consider donating it so it can be distributed to those of lesser means.
