Act of 2021 regarding fees. As we do not participate in Preferred Networks or treat emergency care at the Apex facilities, this act of outlining emergency care costs does not apply, but we are noting the information to meet requirements for health care services.

You just pay by the training session.  The more sessions scheduled, the less per session!

1 on 1 Training

   60 min- $30

   90 min- $45

Small Group (2-6)

   60 min- $18/athlete

Fall-Sport Annual 2 week Pre-Season Training Camp held late-July- $50/ student-athlete

Costs for rehabilitation services are based on the clinical history and clinical presentation.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Soft Tissue Work (includes ART, Tpts, MFR, FAKTR, Graston soft tissue work)

Therapeutic Ultrasound

We have found that a multi-faceted approach with manipulation/adjustment and soft tissue work has great outcomes in bringing a patient/athlete/client back to pre-injury status as fast and as cost-effectively as possible.

Speaking Engagements:

Cancellation Policy:

Youth Camp: If the field surface becomes unplayable as determined by the Apex Athletic staff and the event runs less than 2 hours, all participants will receive a 50% refund within 90 days.

Training Camp: If the field surface becomes unplayable as determined by the Apex Athletic staff and the event runs less than 3 hours, all participants will receive a 50% refund within 90 days.

Combine: If the field surface becomes unplayable as determined by the Apex Athletic staff and players do not get through our Combine testing, all participants who do not go through our Combine testing will receive a full refund within 90 days.

In the unlikely event Apex Athletic Performance and Rehabilitation cancels your camp session, we will refund all registration fees minus any unforeseen administration expenses. Apex Athletic Performance and Rehabilitation is not responsible for personal travel or other expenses associated with attending the camp. Attendee waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

If in the event of an emergency or an injury you cannot attend an Apex Athletic Performance and Rehabilitation event, please notify the staff at ApexAthletic@wi.rr.com as soon as possible. If you notify Apex Athletic Performance and Rehabilitation that you will not be able to attend the event within one day of the completion Camp/Combine/Event, you will have the option to attend another Camp/Combine/Event that year at another location or receive a 50% refund minus any unforeseen administration expenses. Following that, you have forfeited your right to a refund or complimentary admission into a future event.

Rehabilitative Sessions: We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation if you cannot make a scheduled rehabilitative session.
